By renting a van from Vanzzz, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. These terms and conditions form a legally binding agreement between the Hirer and Vanzzz.

The rates and charges for renting a van from Vanzzz are as follows:
The Hirer must pay the rental rate and any applicable charges in full at the time of renting the Vehicle. The Hirer may pay by credit card, or debit card.
Vanzzz cancellation policy is as follows - you will be refunded the following % of your total payment:
The Hirer must collect the Vehicle from Vanzzz premises at 3pm. The Hirer must return the Vehicle to Vanzzz premises at or before 11:00am. If the Hirer returns the Vehicle late, the Hirer will be liable for a late return charge of £35, any late returns that arise on the day of return will also be subject to an admin fee. If the vehicle is to be returned later than 12:30pm then an additional day's hire will be charged, this charge shall be settled prior to the handover of the vehicle at the end of the agreed hire period. If you are running late we must be advised immediately. Failure to advise may result in prosecution for driving whilst uninsured. Early collection and late returns can be arranged for a fee depending on the change required.
In a Force majeure event the hire will not be liable for a late return fee. Please note that traffic/accidents do not constitute a force majeure event and subsequently fees will be charged for these events.
The Hirer must use the Vehicle in a lawful and responsible manner. The Hirer must not use the Vehicle for any illegal purpose, or in a way that is likely to cause damage to the Vehicle or to any person or property. The Hirer will not allow anyone to smoke in the vehicle as Vanzzz has a no smoking policy in all of their vehicles. A valeting charge of £100 will be incurred by the Hirer if this policy is ignored. The Hirer acknowledges that any damage or repair costs caused because of, or by a pet travelling in the vehicle must be paid for in full by the Hirer.
Prior to a hire period the vehicle will be inspected by both the hirer and a Vanzzz representative. The condition of the vehicle will be recorded in a vehicle inspection report and this will form the agreed condition of the vehicle at the beginning of the hire period prior to the vehicle being released. In the event that any damage occurs Vanzzz will arrange for the Vehicle to be repaired, and the Hirer will be liable for any applicable repair costs, any costs will be removed in the first instance from the security deposit paid at the time of booking.
The Hirer is responsible for maintaining the Vehicle in a good state of repair. The Hirer must not use the Vehicle if it is not in a roadworthy condition. If the Vehicle breaks down during the Rental Period, the Hirer must notify Vanzzz immediately. Vanzzz will arrange for the Vehicle to be repaired, and the Hirer will be liable for any applicable repair costs, any costs will be removed in the first instance from the security deposit paid at the time of booking.
In the event of any accident, loss or damage arising out of the use of the vehicle, the Hirer will notify Vanzzz within 24hrs of the happening of the event, obtain the names and addresses and telephone numbers of third parties and any witnesses and report the event to the police and obtain an incident number. Also, the Hirer will complete a European accident report form as relevant, not make any admission of liability to other parties, settlement offer or other like offer.
The Hirer undertakes to assist Vanzzz in handling any claim arising from any event, including providing all relevant information and attending Court to give evidence.
Terminating the Agreement
The Hirer acknowledges that The Campervan Owner may terminate this Agreement and repossess the Vehicle at any time, without notification to the Hirer, and that the Hirer will pay the reasonable costs of repossessing the Vehicle, including towing charges if the Hirer is in breach of any term of this Agreement, has obtained the Vehicle through fraud or misrepresentation, the Vehicle appears to be abandoned, the Vehicle is not returned on the agreed return date or The Campervan Owner reasonably believes that the Vehicle will not be returned on the agreed return date, The Campervan Owner considers on reasonable grounds, that the safety of passengers or the condition of the Vehicle is endangered.
In the event of such termination or repossession, the Hirer has no right to a refund of any part of the rental charges or the Security Deposit.
The Vehicle is insured against damage and theft. The Hirer is responsible for any excess charges that may apply in the event of a claim. The Hirer must not drive the Vehicle under the influence of alcohol or drugs. The Hirer must not drive the Vehicle if they are disqualified from driving.
Vanzzz shall not be liable for any loss or damage caused by the Hirer or any other person authorised to drive the Vehicle.
Vanzzz may terminate the rental agreement immediately if the Hirer breaches any of these terms and conditions. The Hirer acknowledges that Vanzzz may terminate this Agreement and repossess the Vehicle at any time, without notification to the Hirer, and that the Hirer will pay the reasonable costs of repossessing the Vehicle, including towing charges if the Hirer is in breach of any term of this Agreement, has obtained the Vehicle through fraud or misrepresentation, the Vehicle appears to be abandoned, the Vehicle is not returned on the agreed return date or Vanzzz reasonably believes that the Vehicle will not be returned on the agreed return date, Vanzzz considers on reasonable grounds, that the safety of passengers or the condition of the Vehicle is endangered. In the event of such termination or repossession, the Hirer has no right to a refund of any part of the rental charges or the Security Deposit.
Any disputes arising out of these terms and conditions shall be resolved by negotiation between the parties. If the parties are unable to resolve the dispute by negotiation, the dispute shall be referred to arbitration.
Vanzzz reserves the right, at its absolute discretion, to substitute a comparable or similar Vehicle for the Vehicle initially hired if in the event the vehicle the hirer has booked becomes unavailable. Subject to its obligation to deliver the vehicle (or an appropriate substitute vehicle), the Hirer releases Vanzzz, its employees and agents, from any liability to the Hirer (regardless of who is at fault) for any loss or damage incurred by the Hirer by reason of this Agreement, including but not limited to any loss or damage caused by breakdown, mechanical defect, accident or the vehicle being unsuitable for the Hirers purpose, or any loss or damage to any property left in or on the Vehicle. The Hirer hereby indemnify and shall keep indemnified Vanzzz, its employees and agents against any claims, demands and expenses (including legal costs) incurred or sustained by them or any of them by reason of my use and/or possession of the Vehicle. The Hirer acknowledges that Vanzzz retains title to the Vehicle and that the Hirer possess the goods as a mere bailee only and do not have any right to pledge Vanzzz credit in connection with the Vehicle and agree not to do so and shall not agree, attempt, offer or purport to sell, assign, sublet, lend, pledge, mortgage, let on hire, or otherwise part with or attempt to part with the personal possession of or otherwise deal with the Vehicle. These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
